We use video surveillance on our premises.<\/p>\n

1. Purpose of video surveillance and legal basis<\/strong><\/p>\n

Video surveillance is used to exercise domiciliary rights, to prevent criminal offenses and to preserve evidence in the event of criminal offenses.
The legal basis for video surveillance is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, whereby our interests arise from the aforementioned purposes.<\/p>\n

2. Recipient \/ transfer of data<\/strong><\/p>\n

The data is passed on to service providers commissioned by us who perform monitoring tasks for our company.
In the event of suspicion of criminal acts, we may also pass on the data to law enforcement authorities.
Otherwise, the data will only be passed on if there is a legal basis for the transfer. This may be the case in particular if the police or other security authorities take action in the context of so-called danger prevention and demand access to the video surveillance data.<\/p>\n

Data processing outside the European Union: Personal data is not processed in the context of video surveillance.<\/p>\n

You have the right to information about the personal data concerning you. You can contact us at any time for information.
If you request information that is not provided in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may require you to provide proof that you are the person you claim to be.
Furthermore, you have the right to rectification or erasure or to restriction of processing, insofar as you are legally entitled to do so.
Finally, you have the right to object to processing within the framework of the legal requirements.
You also have the right to data portability within the framework of the data protection regulations.<\/p>\n

Deletion of data: Data from video surveillance is generally deleted after 48 hours.
Data may be stored for a longer period of time if there are facts that justify the assumption that actions can be seen on recordings from a limited period of time that are to be prosecuted as a criminal offense or used to assert civil law claims. In the event of absence or illness of the responsible staff, video recordings may be made for up to 10 days in individual cases.<\/p>\n

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data by us with a supervisory authority for data protection.<\/p>\n

Photos and\/or videos taken for the purposes of Wolfsh\u00f6her Tonwerke GmbH & Co.
