You can build freestanding trains quickly and economically with our train form blocks. Thanks to proven tongue and groove technology, they hold securely. With a wall thickness of 45 mm, they offer high storage capacity and therefore uniform heat dissipation. The handy basic format (only 270 x 270 x 270 mm) is therefore the ideal choice for small and compact systems. The profiling of the outer surfaces increases the heat exchanger surface area, which favors heat transfer. Our range of N+F tensile form blocks includes stretcher and angle blocks as well as a block with a smoke pipe holder. A sealing set enables gas-tight connection of the flue pipes.

Important note
When used in hot-air ovens, the entire ceramic post-heating flue must be double-skinned to ensure tightness. In the storage stove, the first two meters of draught must be double-skinned. The stress caused by the hot exhaust gases is absorbed and there is sufficient storage mass for the high amount of heat at the beginning of the ceramic puffs. For a fireplace with more than 12 kg of wood per burn, make the first one to two meters of draught by hand with smaller stone formats due to the increased thermal load. We recommend HKM universal mortar for the tongue-and-groove joint. Use refractory adhesive for the butt joints (corner brick halves). We recommend Didotect (cure for 24 hours at room temperature). We recommend additional stapling at corners that are particularly exposed to weight and temperature.

The pipe socket is available for flue gas pipes with a diameter of 160 mm and 180 mm. The 160 mm connection piece is only available as an outlet (the wide end of the flue pipe fits), whereas there is a 180 mm connection piece for the inlet (the narrow end of the flue pipe fits) and the outlet (the wide end of the flue pipe fits).
