Our training concept
As a regional company offering apprenticeship opportunities for commercial and technical occupations, we invest in the future of young people and the continuance of our company. We do not just offer an apprenticeship. We train our employees of the future. That is why vocational training is an important component in our company, which we take very seriously.
As a modern, medium-sized company with about 100 employees and over 160 years of experience in the manufacturing of chamotte, we offer ideal conditions for a solid practical vocational training along the process chain.
A high practical relevance is very important to us with varied tasks, independent learning and inter-divisional projects as well as targeted and individual support and development of each individual.
This elaborated concept, together with our many years of experience in the training of young people, provides optimal conditions for a good vocational training!
