2. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING AND RELEASE OF YOUR IMAGE RIGHTS
We hereby inform you that we document in-house events with photo and video recordings. If you have given us your consent to use this recording material for editorial and advertising purposes, you will find detailed information about your rights and our obligations in handling your personal data here.
3. LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR (on the basis of your consent).
4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Your personal data may be passed on to third parties:
To our web host and other third parties in connection with the creation and publication of (print) publications) in order to support public relations and marketing.
The upload of data on the internet constitutes a transfer to third parties.
A transfer to a third country is not planned.
5. STORAGE PERIOD
Photos and/or videos taken for the purposes of Wolfshöher Tonwerke GmbH & Co. KG’s public relations work will be stored for an indefinite period of time, subject to revocation of consent.
6. REVOCATION
With your signature, you agree that we may use the recording material produced during the event you attended without any time, location or content restrictions, either ourselves or through third parties, regardless of the transmission, carrier and storage techniques (online and print), for any use and publication and may also be stored for this purpose.
Photos and/or videos can be accessed on the internet by anyone. Despite all technical precautions, it cannot be ruled out that such persons will continue to use the photos and/or videos or pass them on to other persons.
Your consent to the processing of photos and/or videos can be revoked at any time for the future. The legality of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The revocation is to be sent by e-mail to info@wolfshoehe.de or by post to Wolfshöher Tonwerke GmbH & Co. KG, Wolfshöhe 2, 91233 Neunkirchen am Sand. The revocation of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before the revocation.
