Unser feuerfester Universalmörtel PLUS ist ein hellgrauer Haftmörtel mit optimalen Eigenschaften für den Einsatz im Feuerraum, für den Innenausbau und zum Kachelsetzen. Der Schamottemörtel ist keramisch abbindend und härtet unter Temperatureinwirkung endgültig aus.
Er ist wie unsere anderen Mörteln speziell auf die Bedürfnisse des Kachelofenbaus abgestimmt und rundet unser Schamotte-Sortiment perfekt ab.
Eigenschaften
• fertig gemischt
• hellgrauer Farbton und beige Brennfarbe
• Anwendungstemperatur 1.200 °C
• Körnung 0 – 1 mm (überwiegend < 0,3 mm)
• unbegrenzt verarbeitbar
• an die Ausdehnung unserer Schamotte angepasst
Anwendung
• für Fugendicken bis 8 mm
• vor der Verarbeitung (auch von Teilmengen): Masse (ganzer Sack) trocken gut durchmischen
• mit reinem Leitungswasser in sauberen Gefäßen anmachen
• nach dem Anmachen Masse mindestens 30 Min. oder länger stehen lassen und danach nochmal durchrühren
• zwischen + 5 °C und + 40 °C verarbeiten
• auf staubfreies Material auftragen, kein Vornässen notwendig
• für beste Eigenschaften hinsichtlich Verarbeitung und Anfangsfestigkeit im angemachten Zustand innerhalb von 4 Wochen verarbeiten, abgedeckt aufbewahren
